“The formula holds various polymers that have a high reflective index and allow for maximum shine with hours of wear,” explained King, noting that a complex moisturizing agent is used to wet pigments, resulting in brighter, more intense hues, and that texturizers and 3-D colorants, such as mica, titanium dioxide and iron oxides, are included to provide dramatic optical effects.
